Meadowlark is a renovation and expansion of a DIY home, built ca 2,000. The new owners are removing paving and driveway in favor of a new orchard and gardens. The home is adjacent to the State Forest and a great bird habitat. Inside, the renovation will add a contemporary farmhouse feel and reconfigure awkward neo-colonial rooms for a more logically arranged series of public and private spaces. Replete with bunkroom, home offices, sewing studio, and an eat-in-kitchen.
