'42 West' is a quarter million square foot residential tower in midtown Manhattan. The scale of the project and the complexity of its systems required a large design team and an even larger construction team. I served at the nexus of these teams, ensuring that work was clearly communicated and coordinated.

Through analysis and organization of the projects' myriad designs, I managed to anticipate conflicts long before their fabrication and construction began. The issues I negotiated ranged from structural to mechanical and were always resolved to meet the aesthetic and financial mandates of the project's owner.
